About Place

The apartment is accessible via a private outdoor staircase located at the rear of the house. Once you get down the stairs, you will find a patio and the entrance to the apartment. (See pics) The entry door opens directly into the kitchen/living area where you will find an oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/silverware, pots/pans, spices and various cooking ingredients, coffee/tea, and a coffee maker. We also have a washer and dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, tissues, and toilet paper among some other cleaning supplies! There is also a table with 2 chairs and a couch that turns into another bed. NEW in 2023: The living room now has smart TV! Please note that the unit is climate controlled to your personal preferences by a fan, a portable heater, and a window unit air conditioner. There’s also a (closable) vent which is controlled by the upstairs unit. In the main bedroom, there is a comfortable king-size bed, a dresser with drawers, and a closet to hang clothing! There is also a wall-mounted smart-tv, massage table, and LED lights for mood! We have plenty of extra linens/pillows/and blankets! The bathroom is en-suite and accessible from the bedroom. There is a standing shower, toilet, and sink.

Please note that there are sometimes residents living upstairs! They are aware when guests are staying in the basement and have been instructed to be mindful of noise and your privacy!
