Strictly Kosher in ירושלים
Strictly kosher, ground floor Yom Kippur- Sukkos rental with private sukkah and garden in Rechavia, Jerusalem. Avail 10/9-10/30 This apartment is located right next to central shaarei chessed on a very quiet and beautiful street within walking distance to shuls, restaurants, and grocery stores, the shuk, the old city, and gan saccer. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quaint apartment with central AC and heat. It is a great apartment for a family with children, suitable for 2 adults and 4+ children. We would like to host guests who adhere only to the highest kashrus standards. Over-all I would describe as a good practical apartment for the yomim tovim.
This apartment is located in central shaarei chessed/rechavia on a very quiet and beautiful street within a several minute walking distance to all shaarei chessed shuls, restaurants, and grocery stores. We have a local bakery, pizza cafe, bagel cafe, Katzefet (ice cream and waffle parlor), and shabbos food takeout, among others. It is a 20 minute walk to the shuk Machane Yehudah, 5-20 minute walk to the famous Gan Saccer (depending on what part of the park you want to get to), and a 25-35 minute walk to the old city and Mamillah.
Place is Great ForThis is a 3 bedroom quaint apartment. It has central AC and heat and a direct entrance to the sukkah off of the kitchen. In addition, there is a laundry area and a small 'beis medrish' for the father of the house to learn in relative privacy. It is a great apartment for a family with children as 2 of the bedrooms are small and suitable only for children. 1 bedroom has a bunkbed (suitable for 2 children to sleep there) and the other has an Israeli couch trundle bed, where the top can be used either as a couch or a bed, and the other bed pulls out from underneath (suitable for 2 children to sleep there). The master bedroom has 2 American twin sized beds with space for up to 2 cribs or small child mattresses in addition. (which we can provide). We can also provide up to one folding bed for the sukkah if someone wants to sleep there.
There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower but no bathtub. The kitchen is practical but unrenovated and we would be happy to share our kitchen appliances and items with our guests provided that they maintain the highest standards of kashrus. Over-all I would describe as a good practical apartment for the yomim tovim. The sukkah is long and narrow. It can easily fit 2 standard folding tables plus a small table at the side for candles or serving. Its a bit of a narrow sukkah so most suitable just to use one side of these 2 tables and the ends (as is common in Israel) but can fit 10-12 people in this way comfortably.
