Terms of Service for Kosher BNB App and/or Website

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kosher BNB mobile application ("App") or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App or the website.

2. Description of Service

The Kosher BNB App provides a platform that connects individuals seeking accommodations suitable for adhering to kosher dietary laws ("Guests") with individuals offering such accommodations ("Hosts"). The App allows Guests to browse, search, and book kosher rentals worldwide, while enabling Hosts to list and manage their kosher rental properties.

3. User Responsibilities

a. Guests:

• Guests must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App, including personal details, booking requests, and payment information.
• Guests are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the specific kosher requirements and guidelines set by the Hosts for each rental property and to follow rental rules and regulations.
• Guests are expected to treat Hosts and rental properties with respect and follow any rental rules or guidelines provided by the Hosts.

b. Hosts:

• Hosts must accurately describe their rental properties, including the level of kosher certification, available amenities, and any specific guidelines or restrictions.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings and promptly updating any changes or modifications.
• Hosts must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to local zoning laws, health and safety standards, and kosher certification listed with the rental property.

4. Bookings and Payments

a. Bookings:

• Guests can submit booking requests through the App, which are subject to approval by the Hosts. The Hosts have the right to accept or decline booking requests based on their availability and criteria.
• Once a booking request is accepted by the Host, a legally binding agreement is formed between the Guest and Host, and the Guest is responsible for fulfilling the agreed-upon payment and other obligations.

b. Payments:

• The App may facilitate the collection and processing of payments between Guests and Hosts. Any payment-related information provided by Users is handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Guests may be required to provide payment details, including credit card information, to secure a booking. The App may charge applicable fees, including service fees or commissions, which will be clearly communicated to Users.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary between Hosts and rental properties. Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the specific cancellation and refund terms set by the Hosts before making a booking. The App may provide guidance and assistance in case of disputes or issues related to cancellations or refunds.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Kosher BNB App are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engaging in any form of discriminatory or offensive behavior.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, security, or availability.
• Using the App for any unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kosher BNB App and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from the App's owner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Kosher BNB App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the App, we do not guarantee its uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App's owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
