Located in the heart of emerald hills, this Villa is just a 10 minute drive from the beaches and shopping malls, 15 minute drive from Aventura and Bal Harbour and a short 5 minutes from the Famous Hard Rock Cafe and Casino. As soon as you will step in you will feel a zen vibes of this villa; the floor plan of the house is open and spacious. Professionally decorated by an Italian designer, the dining table and leather sofa has been customized and made in Italy. The mix of ultra modern and classic give a special eclectic touch and vibe to this house. The living area is full of light thanks to its numerous doors and windows which also offer wonderful views of the pool and golf. When entering guest will find a spacious entrance with an open concept gourmet kitchen located immediately to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed. There is 2 dining area, next to the kitchen, offers up to 10 seating each. You also have an outdoor dining table that can also seat 8, sofa and lounge chairs in the garden are bran new. On the right side of the house, you will find 4 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is huge and has its own glam room and living room with in suit bathroom with an over sized Jacuzzi . The Master has direct access to the swimming pool through the bathroom. We can add sofa beds or mattresses upon to accommodate the sleeping needs of your family.
